This manual has been designed for the ROPES® class facilitators to aid them in facilitating effective ROPES® classes. Each class has a set of easy to facilitate class activities that the facilitators can use to make their class fun and the lessons experiential. The lessons are basic topics that should help build a good godly foundation for the candidates as they are helped transition into young adulthood.

The overall objectives of this manual is for the ROPES® facilitators to be able to challenge their ROPES® year candidates to embrace the marks of adulthood that are characterized by godly character, competence in their talents and abilities, courage and confidence, value connections with God, others and themselves and be able to show care and compassion. This objective will help in encouraging the candidates towards positive contribution to their families, church and society as a whole.
