What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, through the forms on this site:

• Contact form— your name, email, subject, and message.
• Newsletter signup— your email address.
• Review submissions— your name, email, star rating, and review text. Only your name, rating, and review text are shown publicly, and only after our team approves it. Your email is never published.
• Donation confirmations— your name, phone number, donation amount, and optionally your email and M-Pesa transaction code, so we can confirm your gift and say thank you.

What we don't collect

This site does not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or any third-party tracking cookies. We don't collect your browsing behavior or device information beyond standard web server logs used for security.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to you, process your donation or order, publish reviews you've approved for publication, and send newsletter updates if you've subscribed. We don't sell or share your information with third parties.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in a secured database on our hosting account, accessible only to authorized Tanari Trust staff through a password-protected admin login.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete any information we've stored about you at any time by emailing tanaritrust@gmail.com.
